From our initial conversation to your course evaluation and briefings, Allen works to understand your needs and provide insightful conversations with pointed questions and special resources.
Initial Conversation
Allen has an initial discussion to understand the gist of your obstacles and goals. You’ll answer questions that provide the framework for deeper conversations in the Discovery session.
Develop Your Solution
Once Allen has a deeper understanding of the initial obstacles and goals you’ve identified, you’ll collaborate with him to develop the full scope of your discovery session. This includes the proposed structure and resource content as well as pricing.
Depending on your goals, you have access to certain proprietary resources, assessments and activities that help draw out useful breakthroughs, including but not limited to:

Based on the direction your discovery session takes, you may have the option of an in-person or virtual session.

Progress Evaluation
Following your discovery session, Allen provides the opportunity for feedback. You’ll debriefed on progress, challenges and what any next steps may be.
If you choose certain resources or assessments, your evaluation and debrief will be provided after each approach is completed.
Allen is great. My favorite part of the program was listening to him go over the DISC evaluations. You could tell he is passionate in his approach and about the material. I would like to comment on how great the training was again.
